He was preceded in death by his wife: Barbara J. Littell McKinley, his daughter: Mary Ann McKinley, his son: Larry McKinley, his parents: S.T. and Stella McKinley
and his sisters: Frances Huff and Louise McKinley.

James Lee (Jim) Burgess, 88, passed away on June 22, 2016, leaving a rich legacy of love, laughter, music and a deep faith that enriched him throughout an eventful life.
Jim was born in New Albany, Indiana to James Otho (Jack) and Mary Welker Burgess. He served in the U.S. Army in Japan as World War II came to a close. He later graduated from Lain Drafting College in Indianapolis and worked as a draftsman and mechanical engineer for several years, before beginning a long career in sales that spanned the medical, pharmaceutical, and printing industries.
