BRENDA K. LESTER, 73, passed away Friday October 13, 2017 at the
Baptist Health Floyd Hospital. She was the former Brenda Harper, born in
Scottsberg, IN., she graduated from New Albany High School in 1962 and
retired from administrative operations with the Armour Meats Company
after several years of dedicated service. Brenda enjoyed gardening,
traveling and decorating for the holidays. Most of all she loved spending

She was the former Jean Smith, born in New Albany and enjoyed most of her working years as a day care worker. She was a member of the First Church of God where she was very involved as a singing missionary and doing evangelistic work for her church.
